Getting started: from sign-up to live store

Here's exactly what happens after you fill the start-your-store form, and what to keep ready so your store goes live the same day.

What we'll ask you for

• Your shop's name — this becomes your store address (e.g. Arvind Sweets → arvindsweets.banaostore.com)
• 10–20 product photos — phone photos in good daylight are perfectly fine
• Prices — same as your counter prices
• Your logo, if you have one — if not, your shop name in a clean style works to start

The setup call

On a WhatsApp call (about 30–45 minutes), we will:

1. Create your store and pick a design together
2. Add your first products while you watch
3. Connect your Razorpay account so payments come to you
4. Place a test order end-to-end, together

After the call

Your store is live. You'll have your own admin dashboard at admin-yourstore.banaostore.com where you can add products, change prices, and see orders — all from your phone.

Your first week checklist

• Share your link in your WhatsApp status and family groups
• Add it to your Instagram bio and Google Maps listing
• Add 5 more products yourself (it's the best way to learn the dashboard)
