Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and NxtGenAiDev ("BanaoStore", "we") covering your use of the BanaoStore platform — the marketing site, merchant dashboards, and hosted storefronts. By creating a store or using the service, you accept them.

The service

BanaoStore provides hosted e-commerce stores: catalog management, order management, design tools, and checkout integration with the merchant's own Razorpay account. We host and operate the software; you own and operate your store and business.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and your team members' access.
• Login is OTP-based; keep control of the phone number and email you register.

Your store and your obligations

• You must only sell goods you are legally allowed to sell in India.
• Product listings, prices and claims must be accurate and not misleading.
• You are the seller of record: fulfilment, quality, returns and customer service for your products are your responsibility.
• You must comply with applicable law, including consumer protection, tax (GST) and data rules.

Payments

Checkout on your store runs through your own Razorpay account under your agreement with Razorpay. BanaoStore takes no commission on your sales and never holds your funds. Gateway fees, settlements, chargebacks and refunds are between you and Razorpay.

Fees

Plan fees are charged as listed on our pricing page (plus applicable GST). We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects your existing plan.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to sell illegal or counterfeit goods, to deceive customers, to send spam, or to attempt to breach the security or isolation of the platform or other merchants' stores. We may suspend stores that put customers or the platform at risk.

Your data

Your catalog, customers and orders are yours. We process them only to run your store, as described in our privacy policy. If you leave, we'll provide an export on request.

Availability & liability

We work to keep the platform available and fast, but no online service is uninterrupted. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You can close your store at any time. We can terminate for breach of these terms with notice, or immediately for serious misuse. On closure we retain data briefly for legal and backup purposes, then delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
